The origin
Across financial services, real estate development, real estate brokerage, property management, and legal services — professional services firms were managing sensitive client documents the same way: email threads, shared drives, and general-purpose tools that were never designed to keep client communication organized, on the record, and under your control.
Mantrac was built around that observation. The firms doing this work needed a purpose-built platform — one that handled secure document delivery, structured client access, and binding e-signature workflows without requiring a patchwork of disconnected tools. That gap is what Cadenora exists to close.

Where we are now
Today, Mantrac is a product company. Our primary focus is building and operating Cadenora — designing the product, running the infrastructure, and supporting the firms that use it. We don't outsource development, we don't resell other vendors' software, and we don't spread across more industries than we understand deeply.
We're small by design. A focused team that ships real software, knows its clients' businesses, and stands behind what it builds.
